I'm Rachel. I'm an elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home-mom to 4 kids 7 and under. And most recently, a small business owner! In my free time I enjoy reading, taking walks, spending time with my kids, strolling the aisles of Target and watching too many videos on TikTok. 

 

 As a mom, I know that there can be a lot of shame associated with asking for help. I, too, want to do it all. But I also know that asking for help and outsourcing certain tasks literally changed my life. And I think it can change yours too.

 

Embarassed about the state of your home? I say this in the most loving way possibly.. don't be. With 4 young kids, I have literally seen it all. No mess is too big or to-do list too long.
